Good ol boys here. No evaluation of any type. Last year in one of the finals the WH was a friend of the state guy who assigns for the final. On that crew was a 2nd yr official! One of the teams would like to have an obvious PI called that wasn't made by that official. Pretty sad situation.

Ohio has a combinationof coach/AD input, Local association (based on number of members), the OHSAA and some good ole boys thrown in for good measure.
