Anyone for some rule changes that need to be brought up before National Federation? How about catchable pass?

How about "fair catch interference" It seems to me that NCAA rules do a better job of protecting the kids from injury than the Fed. rules do. I'd like to see a 2 yd. "halo" around the punt returner.

I think that would be a great addition to the rules. You would think that Federation would have that in for safety purposes. The only problem I see with this rule is the experience of a Back Judge to call this correctly. Remember, the Back Judge in college normally is a super star in high school level in order to get that assignment.
