high school tuck rule?
 
What is the rulin in high school on a fumbke while the qb's arm is coming forward?? If it is ruled a Inc pass would you then have IG?

1. If the arm is coming forward, it's a pass.
2. The play you're talking about is not IG.

This is for the R to determine. Was the QB attempting to abort a pass, or was he tucking the ball away to run?
