Fouls during punt return
 
After R43 receives the punt there is a block in the back by R86. Before the end of the run there is a facemask by K44. What have you got?

Either R declines the facemask, or we've got a double foul, replay.

If R declines the facemask, R will keep the ball. R's IBB foul is enforced 10 yards under all-but-one, depending on where the spot of the foul is relative to the end of the run. 1st and 10 for R from there.
