Not sure the statement ABO does not apply is accurate. Yes it is a running play,so the basic spot is the end of run. All fouls by A,on running play are enforced from the basic spot,except for fouls that occur behind the basic spot. Since A's foul was beyond the basic spot,enforce from the end of run. Just being a little technical.
