I know that it is 2003, and yes, I have misplaced my 2002 Rules book. I am ashamed. I know it is a cardinal sin. I really can't believe it. Next to the Bible, it is about the only thing I read, except for the newspaper and officiating tranining information. And before any of you smart guys ask me, NO, I have not lost my Bible. Can someone please provide the actural rules changes for 2002-NFHS?

They post the changes from year to year. At least you kept your hands on the right book :)
