Does the quarter get extended if, during the last timed down, A1 is illegaly in motion and B1 roughs the passer, but B2 intercepts and scores?

Whats the call and who gets the ball, does the score count?

NFHS rules
This is a double-foul and the period is extended by an untimed down for double-fouls. (Rule 3-3-3b). Team A's ball at previous spot for the untimed down.
