NF Mechanics manual online
Is there anywhere online (like the NF website or whatever) I can find an officials manual? I don't have mine with me and was wanting to look up some mechanics. Thanks.

Yes, the NFHS website Publications Library has both the Officials Manual and the Handbook, in addition to the Rules and Cases.

You may have to be a Federation member to access the page. Membership is $35 a year now, I think.
