Tinted Eye Glasses

NFHS Rules: Does the prohibition against tinted visors extend to tinted eyeglasses as well? I don't see anywhere that it does, but others in our association feel differently.

Tinted Glasses

Tinted glasses are legal. The philosophy is that these are easy to remove from an injured player without disturbing the neck as opposed to a player with a tinted visor.

Point them to Case 1.5.3:

Examples of items that have been determined to be legal: 3) Tinted eyeware worn on the face and under the face mask.
