Where is the NF rule reference saying that K cannot block R until the ball has gone 10 yards on a free kick? Thanks.

NCAA? It is in 6-1-2g (A.R. 6-1-2-VII)

No such restriction in NFHS.

I guess that explains why I couldn't find it. Thanks.
