Safety? or not?
 
NFHS rules - K's ball 4th and 10 from their 20. K's kick is blocked, goes into endzone, and K/R simultaneously recover in B's endzone.
Safety? Touchback? Touchdown?

I say touchdown R. I believe that a simultaneously recoverd scrimmage kick ball belongs to R.
