The pants look nice. Maybe something for Halloween or carnival or a nice gag for a party. The problem is you can't wear those knickers anywhere else than on the football field because if you go shopping or for a walk, people will surely think you're a weirdo.

One thing that made them seem legit is the NFL Equiment/Reebok tag noted. Reebok doesn't normally sell knickers. While it would be possible to counterfeit, who would want to? Its not like tagging a knock-off Peyton Manning jersey.
My guess is they are a sample of some kind
