Instructions to Clock Operators

Does anyone have a good checklist to clock operators. Last weekend we had a couple of rookie clock operators and I would like to hand them a document outlining some of the expectations (like start clock when white hat winds his arm) and duties. Or even a checklist for us to go over with clock operators.
