Red Turf
 
Anyone ever call a game on anything but "A Field of Green?" Thoughts?

NCAA eventually going to step in here?

I don't mind the colored (red or blue) turf.
If I care to see a team play, I'll wait for an away game.

Update at 11: 48 a.m. ET: LSUSports.net says LSU is teaming up with an artificial turf company to install purple turf in time for the home opener against Mississippi State. The key quote from the "junior executive strength and conditioning coach" is this: "It is really going to prompt muscle confusion in the other team as the brain wants to run on a green surface."
