12 man on Defense running off
NCAA rules:
Just prior to the snap, the 12th man on defense attempts to run off the field and into his teams' box. The 12th man does not participate, but was on the field when the ball was snapped. Is the foul for illegal sub enforced from the succeeding spot or previous spot? Thanks in advance.
