Why couldn't this be done in the "I" formation as well as the "T" formation. Why couldn't everyone but the QB be on the line? Wouldn't the answer be false?

Just asking.

I know what BBR meant.
 
As long as the QB receives the ball in a direct hand-to-hand center snap, he may legally spike the ball forward to the ground in order to create an incomplete forward pass and stop the clock. The formation itself can be the T, I, etc. The most important thing is the QB must be directly behind the center.

I guess I was thinking it was like a FED test.
