A Virginia official made mention of one in the Roanoke area for this coming spring. I can't remember if it was posted here or on refstripes.com. I'll try to locate it and post it.
Depending on what part of Virginia you are from, the Northern Ky. Officials Association puts on a day clinic. It is about a half hour south of the Cincinnati metro area. I attended in 2007. It got postponed in 2008 due to a blizzard and I couldn't make the make-up.
