NCAA vs High School
 

I've been assigned to talk on the differences between high school and NCAA football rules this coming Saturday and I was wondering if any of you knew of any websites I could go to that might have this laid out?

good luck, as your talk can't possibly cover all the nit picking differences. There are like over 226 categories of differences (per the current uear rules differences manual).

I can send you one I saved from 2006 if you like. A lot has changed since then, but it can get you on the same playing field, if you will.
