Illegal Kick
 
2nd/ 8 for A at B's 35 yardline. A has a bad snap and the ball is loose behind the LOS. When the ball is loose B kicks the ball towards their goal and then recovers the ball. Where is the penalty from?

Actually if its a foul by the offense behind the basic spot it would be enforced from the spot of the foul (where he illegally kicked it from). All but one principle... (oops just edited this) disregard....B is doing the kicking... if it woul have been A then spot of foul... ;-)
