NCAA college football

Team K punts the ball. R1 is in position to receive the kick at the 50 yard line. k1 tackles R1 before the ball arrives, thus drawing a flag for KCI. The ball is recovered by K at the R45 yard line. What are the options for team R?

15 yards from the spot of the foul and first down for R. This is their only option.

You didn't ask, but:

NFHS: R may take a 15 yard penalty from the previous spot and replay the down or accept an awarded fair catch at the spot of the foul (6-5-6).
