Day Off- never again!
 

Got my first Friday night off in a couple of seasons at least tonight. I had told my son I would take him to see our local HS play and looked forward to a father-son night out.

Next thing I know, he's worked it out to meet up with a classmate so the father calls to find out if they can go with us.

Then MY dad invites himself to go along, basically.

Then I find out just how thin those little stadium cushions really are. My back is killing me now.

I want back on the field!!!!!!!!!!!

Next time, I'll just go watch a crew somewhere else:rolleyes:

Cushions?! Where I go they're more often splinters! If not, then really cold metal. Or cement. BYO cushion. Now will you have more sympathy when we yell at your calls?
