NCAA FB blocked try
Try at B-3 yd line; "A"s kick try is blocked by B66; B40 picks up the ball and returns across "A"s goal line. During the run back, B33 illegally blocks an "A" player in the back at the "A" 45 yd line. Where do we spot the ball?

the distance penalty is declined by rule since it occured after a COP and the score is cancelled...let's go to kickoff positions...

Just keep in mind not all live-ball player fouls are declined by rule. A personal foul still is declined, but if it's ruled a flagrant personal foul, then we're kicking from the 45.
