officials positions related to the teams

In the IFL, the fields are small and we put both teams on the same side line, with 10 yard seperating at midfield.
in your mind, how will that affect the positioning of the referees (especially the L.J / Linesman) and the officiating?

Assuming the linesman is opposite the benches, the line judge will need ear muffs. (The linesman will have a permanent smile on his face.)
