NFHS start/stopping clock after a penalty

Team A completed a pass and just made a first down and clock will start on the ready for play signal. Before the snap, team B commits an encroachment penalty. What is the correct method for starting and stopping the clock in this situation? And does it make any difference if team A had committed a false start penalty? IMO both penalties after enforcement will use the restart clock on the ready for play signal. I do believe the only time to use the start clock on snap after a penalty is when there is a delay of game penalty, a previous play was a legal or illegal incomplete pass, or out of bounds play and a change of possession.

Start on the RFP. The previous play was a run that ended inbounds.
