Baylor and Connecticut

In a game of borderline decisions and close reviews, not to mention, announcer brain farts, the personal foul on #41 for Baylor on a late hit was too much to stomach.

I managed a Friday night lights assignment tonight so wasn't able to watch the game. What happened?

I think he is referring to the roughing the passer call where the Baylor QB took a hit 3 tenths of a second after releasing the ball. ESPN put a clock on it. The Baylor TD in the first qtr was an easy one in real time i thought. The Kick Cathcing Interference call was "interesting"....the safety no safety call i thought was pretty decent. You are right,, interesting calls all the way around.

No I was referring to the personal foul on #41 for Baylor trying to tackle the ball carrier who had just crossed the goal line but was still in bounds when first hit.

And, just FYI: the back judge for this game was none other than Sean Hochuli (yep, son of THAT Hochuli). ;)

And that KCI call Sean made was atrocious.

Can you elaborate on what happened?

It's amazing (being sacastic) how fast Sean has flown through the ranks.

I don't recall who was receiving, but his own teammate ran into him (or maybe was blocked into him).

I think it was #27 that hit him. Hochuli called it on #27 from the opposing team.
