NKOA Clinic Rescheduled
 

Gentlemen,

The 5th Annual NKOA Spring Clinic has been rescheduled for May 24. The clinic
will be held at Simon Kenton High School as originally planned. Many of you
will be able to make the new date, many will not. I now ask that you complete
the registration form again. Included are two questions about your plans to
attend on either the original date or the rescheduled date. It is important for
planning purposes that you complete the new form whether you plan to attend on
May 24 or not.

Whether you planned to attend the clinic on March 8, or you plan to attend on May 24 or not, we need you to complete the registration form a second time. We need to know if everyone previously registered is coming or not. We also would like to offer this clinic to those who could not attend on the original date. If you were planning to attend on March 8, and plan to attend on May 24, we need to know that. Likewise, if you are not planning to attend on May 24, we need to know that as well.
