I have no problem with officials at the highest levels being scrutinized. There are enough great officials that are waiting their turn for the big time. There is no need to tolerate this sort of character.

undue influence
If the Official in question has in any way cast undue influence over any play or football game, he should be penalized, cast aside, questioned by the authorities, fined and/or imprisoned for his terrible actions.
But, if he is innocent...
