I believe this took place in Texas which uses NCAA Rules. This would clearly not be illegal in NCAA Rules. Under NF rules this would be considered by many a foul.

JRutledge is correct, this kid plays in Texas and therefore plays under NCAA Rules.

Like most NCAA rules :rolleyes: the hurdling definition has an Exception - The Runner. NF rules do not except the runner.

Yep, I'd flag it. Actually, I think the video should be used to show what hurdling is since it is not seen often.
