Did anyone else think there should have been a second or two left on the clock after the FG?

I noticed that too. I guess there was no whistle or stop-clock signal by the refs. And apparently no disagreement from the Rams. Oh well!

I thought it was just me. Seems like, at least, one second was remaining.

The replay actually showed 2 seconds left when the ball hit the net.

When to kill the clock on FG

In NF rules the ball is technically dead on FG attempt when the ball breaks the plain of the goal line. Under that rule, there would have been 2+ seconds left in the Superbowl. What is the NFL rule on stopping the clock on FG attempt?
