Fumbles and stats
 

If a players rushes for 10 yards and fumbles and the defense recovers at the point of the fumble, does the runner get credit for 10 yards of rushing in the official stats.

Don't know about the rushing stats but I do know that if A commits a foul during the run B can decline the penalty and keep the ball.
