Trinity beat Millsaps 28-24 Saturday in a game with huge Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference championship implications that was decided by one of those you-had-to-see-it-to-believe-it plays.

I saw the replay on SC this morning. There are more than 1 B players not even trying... it's a bush league play.

It may not beat the Stanford Cal game, but, geez, lighten up.

On top of everything else, the win may give Trinity a boost to the playoffs.

The video isn't the clearest on my laptop, but I believe the numbers are 7 and 35. They had a ball carrier near them and they didn't even try to do anything.

Good for them. I bet their first round opponent will try. ;)

I guess most of us prefer to revel in the efforts of the underdog rather than the failings of the favorite.
