DOES ANYONE KNOW THE NFL RULL ON TACKLING BY THE HAIR, IT'S NOT PART OF THE UNIFORM!:confused: ::confused:

It is legal in the NFL. I have a rulebook, but am chillin on the couch and not going to look it up, but I know it is lega.
