Did anybody see how the punt was enforced? 4th/10 for K from K's 20, they punt where it is touched by K at the R's 35 by K23 who was illegally blocked in the back by R44. (possible forced touching). The officiating crew marked off the 10 yards from the previous spot and gave K a 1st down. Does PSK matter in this situation? How about forced touching, or first touching? Let me know some input.

Had a JV game, so I didn't see the play. But, I am hearing that they did not rule forced touching and that K ended up in possession of the ball after R touched/muffed it and therefore PSK enforcement does not apply. If that is all correct, then they correctly enforced the penalty from the previous spot.
