Eyezen,
The actual rule, 1-2-4, on the pylon placement says: ... shall be placed either 3 feet beyond the end lines or on the end lines.... So by rule it can be either. On our crew we move them so the BJ doesn't have to worry about running into them when he is properly positioned on the end line. Paul
