NCAA Clock status
 

Is there a brief clock (running or stoped) for dummies that does not involve all of the extra and nots and ars and exceptions in the book?

Rule 3-2-5 and 3-2-6 are pretty succinct (sp?) in listing when clock should be started or stopped.
