penalty enforcement

2 questions NF rules
1.After team A has scored, #32 on team B is called for a dead ball personal foul.
Is the enforcement on the try or does A have the option of the penalty on the Kick Off?
2. On the try for point (going for 2) that is not successful, OPI on A. Does B get the option of this penalty on the Kick off?

The option to have the yardage inforced on the kick off only applies to Live Ball Fouls that are commited by B.

B never has the option if the foul is by A
Dead ball fous are never enforced on the kick off

Personally I think these will be changed next year

CANADIAN RULING:
  1. A can put the 15 yards on the try or KO.
  2. Yes, B gets 15 yards on the KO and A does not, under any circumstance, get to re-try the try.

Not exactly true. If the DBF occurred after the try, it would be administered on the KO, cuz that is the SSpot.
