standard foul nomenclature

I'm looking for the standard foul nomenclature for reporting NFHS/NCAA fouls (i.e. "OPI" is offensive pass interference, etc.) Can anyone point me to a web link where I can find an all inclusive list?

I think you will probably get some different answers than those as these are used on this site. There may be more.

IBW - Illegal Block Below the Waist
IBB - Illegal Block in the Back
UNC - Unsportsmanlike Conduct
FS - False Start
