Can we have Kick Catching Interference (KCI) after the ball hits the ground? Consider these two scenarios:

1. Onside kick situation where the first wave of K players block the potential receivers (After the ball has touched the ground) so that the second wave can go for the ball.

2. A typical punt situation where R1 is attempting to field the ball off of a bounce when his is blocked by a K player.
