Rule #2 NFHS

Hello,
Its getting to be about that time. I'm curious if anyone out there might have a powerpoint presentation on NFHS rule #2. I know that there are some changes to rule #2 this year, but it would still be nice to have something to build on. Of course, I could just start from scratch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That would be a d**m big PPT. With being able to copy and paste off the NFHS website it would be pretty easy to do though! I bet you got ball rolling in someones mind!

Is the full rule book on the NFHS website? I've only been able to find rule changes and time keeper guidelines.

If you are a member of the NFHS, you simply login to get the online access to the rule and case books, where you can copy and paste any of the rules.

Indeed! I'm slowly working one up. It'll probably be another week yet. One of the big things, though, is that I'm not going in order - I've put the definitions into categories that make sense to me, so that I've got (for example) touching, batting, and muffing all grouped together.

Awesome Roamin'!! I hope you'll share it and also have Grant put it on his site.

Peachy! Now can I break up those run-on

case plays by copying and pasting into a format that doesn't batter my poor brain?

I thought about cross referencing the rule book with the case book. That way you don't have to go back and forth between both books, and you can read the rule then immediately read the case book.

That's not a bad idea...

I did a test this evening using Word. I always hated the case book. It reminds me of the old math word problems where a train leaves LA with a load of oranges and another train leaves Chicago with a load of apples.
How many bananas did the monkey eat?

Breaking down those multiple case play scenarios into line items makes it easier for me to think through.
