Super Bowl 360

Did anyone catch this show, focussed abit on the men in stripes.

I did I see R Corrente talk into a recorder after a questionable play? Wondering if this is common practice at that level.

I saw part of it. It was nice to see that the R for a Super Bowl still verbally itemizes each part of the uniform while he's packing his bag....hat...pants...socks. It was kind of good to see that some things are no different.

NFL officials do not only note which calls they make, they are also required to give a brief description of what they actually saw happening ("CB #27 commits arm bar against WR #83", "shirt pull by OG #67") after the game.
At least some of them use voice recorders for that, so it is very likely that questionable/complicated situations will lead to several individual voice recordings all over the field.

Now, that's interesting that NFL guys would do that. I guess it's just another part of the job. We have to do stuff like that too, don't we? Why shouldn't they?

Some of the college crews I've seen have used voice recorders. They are so small and inexpensive it is pretty easy to do these days.
