I'm also one for shows of sportsmanship over winning at every cost.

We had a football game where the officials missed changing the down and we played 3rd down twice. When I pointed out the error - they shrugged and said 'it was played' - but I told them to signal first down for the other team. We had our 4 plays and didn't make the line to gain.
Some of my teammates thought I was crazy - but just asking them how they would like it if the other team got a 5th down basically put them in the right frame of mind.

I play to play !
