New to this site - looking for training video clips as well as NFL 7-man mechanics manual. Anyone?

Welcome aboard! Look at Grant's site as I gave him a great 7-man mechanics PPT. It is about as good as it gets, showing motion of receivers and how sometimes the coverages change when they run their pass routes. You need to have it run in XP to see the receivers run their routes. His site is http://home.comcast.net/~minnmo/football.htm and it is titled "NFL Keys for 7 man mechanics" It might vary somewhat from CCA. He has a lot of great stuff on his site.
