I can't believe the CSS TV announcers comments! I hope that a$$ is fired and never hired to work a sporting event again.
He's part of the problem!!!!!!!

Well, wonder of wonders, he was fired.

What did you expect from a criminal program like Miami? The whole program should be suspended indefinately.

That announcer was Lamar Thomas. The only good thing he ever did at Miami was get walked down while getting the ball stolen by George Teague in the 1992 national championship game. What a schmuck!!

I heard on the news this morning that FIU has kicked two players off the team and suspended 16 others indefinitely...good for them. Haven't heard anything about Miami discipline. Anyone know what - if anything - they are doing???

They suspended the kid swinging the helmet "indefinately" and the rest will just get the one game it looks like and some community service.
