Angry Coach in End Zone

A coach is on a cherry picker in the Back of the end zone off the field with a head set. Is he allowed to be in the back of the end zone or must he be within the 25 yard lines?

Coach has to stay in his designated area. I would say give him a sideline warning.

Why is this different than being in the press box?

This is against the rules. I'd say you can have someone in a cherry picker taping the game for later, but no headsets and no coaching from the cherry picker.

We had this exact same thing happen earlier this year and we told the coach to get down. The coaches were only allowed on the sideline and pressbox. The camera man was allowed to stay, but he couldn't wear a headset.

This is an unfair advantage. Does the other team get a cherry picker coach too? Will the school supply the cherry picker? What if it is shorter than the home team cherry picker?

Because BOTH teams can have coaches in the press box. Allowing one coach this particular vantage point is not fair to the other team.

Do we have a rule reference for this situation?
