NFL Cold Weather uniforms

It looks like the NFL uniforms are mostly a jacket and the regular pants. I was under the impression that the officials were supposed to wear black pants. Or are these uniforms more for wet weather and not cold weather?

Does anyone have any insight?

Peace

You should fix your sig. It's spelled O'Neil.

I took the spelling off of an article about his passing.

Looks like O'Neil.

And I thought the NFL cold weather uniforms included black pants.

You should pick articles where they spell correctly.

They were supposed to. Black tracksuit-like pants with a big ol' white stripe down the side.

Ugly.

Well considering that many people spell their last name that way, I did not question the spelling. People misspell my first name all the time. They do not know it is wrong unless I tell them. I guess we all have things to worry about. :D

A normal human being would say:

Thanks. I'll fix it.

You said the above.

A normal person would not make a big deal about something like that. At the type of people I deal with would not be making this kind of issue in a thread that is not about this man. Maybe there is not much to deal with in your parts of the country. ;)

Can't we all just get along?????????

C'mon fellas, there is enough business that we have to take on the field. Let's not give it to each other here.... OK?

Rich tends to get a little anal about things that he thinks are not right (no matter how much others might disagree). I was just commenting on his response. I did not realize it was that big of a deal about the spelling of a name that has more than one spelling. Just another thing that is only made a big deal on the internet and on discussion boards like this one. You do not see people going crazy like that in the “real world.”

Unlike you, right?

C'mon. John's right. Drop it.

Back to the thread: I saw the pants they were supposedly going to wear about a month and a half ago. The Honigs table at a meeting had some demos of the shirt, knickers, and pants they were supposedly going to wear (do a search for a thread I started on this). Looks like they either wised up or the rank and file told them they wouldn't wear them.

Good. I don't like the shirt much, but its a reasonable alternative. The pants and knickers was a totally stupid idea.

My sons Madden 2007 game has the officials in the new shirt. The pants are white knickers with a black stripe down the outside of the leg.

What am I anal about? I would never post about someone's signature or even care for that matter. If it was that serious to you, my PM is turned on and I would drop them a note if it was that serious to me, which I cannot see how it would be. I guess life must be really good that this is an issue that someone can find a problem with.

What was this post about again? ;)

Peace
