How would you handle this one?

Team A scores a TD. Teams line up for the PAT. The Tee is On. I'm the BJ under one upright and the HL is under the other upright. Snap goes off, and from where I am, I don't know if it was a bad snap or if the holder was late getting the hold down, or what, bu the bottom line, is this:

The cornerback on the far side comes in untouched, and when the holder gets the ball down, the CB gets to it before the Kicker and just boots it the other way and it ends up up around the 50 YL.

How would you handle this situation?

I believe it is an illegal kick. I don't have my books right now, but that is what I recall.

Illegal kick. A will get another shot at the 1 1/2 yd line.

One thing no one has posted yet here for non-Canadian rules.

Yes - flag the Illegal Kick, as everyone has stated.

But the ball is still live up to and until it is obvious no one is going to try to recover it. It may be slightly farfetched, but even in FED (since there is no possession by B yet), it is still possible for A to score on this play. Don't kill the play unless and until it is apparent everyone has stopped playing (and the ball has stopped moving).
