Muffed Punt on 3rd down

K is in Punt Formation. It's 3rd and 10 from K's 10 yard line. The ball is snapped and K1 punts the ball into a strong wind where R2 muffs the ball at
K's 20 yard line. The ball rolls back behind the Line of Scrimmage where K1 recovers it at their own 5 yard line and advances it to their own 15 yard line where K1 is tackled.
The question is what's the call?

Ruling

K can advance the ball because the ball was recovered behind the neutral zone regardless of the muff. The kick has not ended until a team secures posession or the ball is dead by rule.

For this example K would have the ball 1st and 10 on the 15. The reason for the 1st down is the muff.

If they would have punted on 3rd down and ther was no muff, then I assume it would be the next down because they did not get to the 1st down marker.

1st and 10 for K from the 15. The fact that it was 3rd down is not an issue in this play.
