what is the penalty for
 

assisting a runner. Is it marked from the point of the foul or the line of scrimmage? HOw many yards?? Thanks

Helping the runner is 5 yards and enforced from the spot of the foul in both high school and college.

Technically they are enforced like any other penalty using the all-but-one principle, rule 10-6.
