field goal
 
we had 2nd and goal with only 2 seconds remaining in the half. team A lines up for a field goal. ball is block about 2 yards in the backfield, everyone is just looking at the ball lie on the ground, finally team A picks it up and runs for a touchdown. is this a touchdown or not?

It is under NCAA rules.

we did award a touchdown. what if there was still time on the clock and team A just falls on the ball, would they be able to try another field goal since it would only be 3rd down?
