I get all of my manuals from http://www.honigs.com and they have all of the CCA manuals.
As for content, I'm sure we can fill you in on what all is covered by position. I have last year's manual so if you have a specific question, please let me know.

I was actually wondering if the material in the manual could be found somewhere online, sort of as a quick reference. I do appreciate the info, and I may indeed just go ahead and order a copy from honigs. The tough thing is that I'm not even really sure which position I'll be running this weekend. I have a feeling that it will be umpire though. That doesn't really excite me. But I'll work whatever I need to work in order to get my foot in the door.

The publisher has chosen to make ca$h from these manuals rather than to make them also available on-line.
Time will tell. NCAA sells tons of rules books but still has them on-line as well.
